Low Impact Aerobics can do just that, burn unwanted fat while toning and building muscle. Start off the New Year right, you owe it to yourself to get that healthy body you’ve been wishing for. Remember to bring a water bottle and towel to class.
Yoga Age: 15 - Adult 8 weeks This class focuses on ancient techniques in breathing and meditation to help you achieve balance and control of you primary senses. Apart from the primary focus, you will be introduced to some basic Asanas (Postures). Regular practice can cure most common ailments and improve your resistance to them. Consistency is important, therefore, this class will be meeting 2 days a week for a total of 8 weeks.

First half hour of the class you will be learning Chi Gong and the second you will be focusing on Tai Chi.
