This is a program for families with children in grades kindergarten through 8th grade attending Prairie Oak, Havlicek, Jefferson, or Lincoln Middle School.
The program features:

Completed enrollment forms are required prior to the date the child enters the program:
  1. Waiver, Release of All Claims and Hold Harmless Agreement
  2. Emergency Information Form with Departure Times
  3. Blanket Permission Slip for Walking Field Trips
  4. Behavior Standards & Contracts Form
  5. Medical Dispensing Information

 Before School Care
Get an early start on the day by bringing your child to the Before School Care program. Our qualified staff will provide transportation to your child’s school in School District 98. It is necessary for the parent or guardian to sign child into the program unless otherwise indicated.

After School Care
Don’t fight the traffic to pick up your child from school. Our qualified staff will provide transportation for children attending Jefferson, Havlicek and Lincoln Schools to our After School Care program at Prairie Oak School. Snacks will be provided daily
It is necessary for the parent or guardian to sign child out of program unless otherwise indicated.

When School's Out, We're In
We have your child’s day off solved. Drop your child off at the North Berwyn Park District’s When Schools Out We’re In program. The day will be full of sports, games, crafts, music, and occasionally movies. Registration must be made prior to the event. No refunds will be issued if the program is full and replacement cannot be found.
