Studies in Sculpture

Studies in Sculpture will introduce students to 3-Dimensional art using a wide variety of sculptural techniques and materials. Participants will draw inspiration from various lessons presented at class time, while being encouraged to express their unique artistic vision a fully supportive environment.

Around the World in 8 weeks

Participants will take an artistic tour of the world in this fun and educational class! Weekly lessons will be presented at class time which celebrate the many beautiful cultures that make up our world. Students will then recreate an art piece inspired by that week’s lesson. Some of the projects will include: Vejigante masks from Puerto Rico, Amate bark paintings from Mexico, and Papyrus paper paintings inspired by the ancient Egyptians.

Photography

If your child is a shutterbug, then our photography class is the perfect place for them to learn the basics of photography! Weekly lessons are designed to teach students the principals and rules of photography while giving them the freedom to choose their subject matter and style. Whether student have a DSLR, point and shoot, or a phone camera, they will be shown how to take clear concise pictures.
Student must bring their own camera

Drawing & Painting

This class will present students with a weekly lesson in art and art history. Multiple painting and drawing techniques and mediums will be covered during the 8 week timeline, giving participants the opportunity and freedom to explore the many options an artist has to choose from.

Animals in Art

What could be more fun than learning how to draw and paint your favorite animals? We will spend our time studying animals from all over the world, focusing on how to correctly depict an animal’s anatomy, and discussing the types of environments they are found in. Ceramic Painting

Bring the whole family out for our new ceramics painting sessions! Simply pick out your favorite piece of pottery, pay for it at our front desk, then sit down to paint using our wide selection of acrylic paints. With over 25 items to choose from, everyone is sure to find something they love! Some of the ceramic pieces offered include: various figurines and animals, an assortment of piggy banks, decorative plates, bowls, coasters, and trinket boxes. All pieces are available on a first come, first served basis.

Father's Day Picture Frame *June 14

Join us as we celebrate all of those awesome Father figures out there! We will be painting and decorating personalized picture frames just in time for Father’s Day.

4th of July Workshop *June 28

We will be painting an out of this world burst of fireworks on canvas! There will be lots of glitter and glow in the dark paint in this workshop, so come prepared for a sparkly mess!

Milk & Cookies * Luau Theme

Leave the child care to us while you enjoy some much deserved “me” time. Kids can enjoy pizza for lunch and milk and cookies for dessert while they create original works of art in a fun and upbeat environment, your child is guaranteed to have a good time!
