ADULT FITNESS: Fitness is powerful medicine, it is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Fitness prevents health problems, builds strength, boosts energy, and can help you reduce stress.
Develop strength, stamina, flexibility and balance control. You will also be introduced to basic postures and stretches. Mats are provided or you may bring your own. This low-impact class will focus on improving your strength, balance, and focus while reducing stress and boosting brain power! A chair will be used to provide additional support for seated and standing exercises. Instructor: Carol Olsen

Stretch the spine, strengthen the core and relax your joints! This class will focus on gentle stretches per-formed sitting or standing and using a chair for support. Yoga postures and breathing techniques will be combined to improve flexibility and promote mobility while helping to increase your oxygen intake. Instructor: Carol Olsen

Nothing prevents a good program from running more than waiting until the last minute to register for it. Classes that have a low enrollment are generally cancelled approximately one week prior to the first meeting date. Please register for your programs as early as possible to avoid cancellations.
