To save PDFs to your hard drive:
On a PC: right-click the desired title and select Save Target As. 
On a Mac: hold down the option key and click the desired title.

Clicking on a title will open the PDF in a new window; make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open these files, and if it’s not already installed on your computer, you can get it free from the Adobe site here.
