The Corrida del Mariachi 5K is back on August 15, 2026, marking our exciting 7th Anniversary!This festive race kicks off promptly at 8:00 AM at 16th St. & Wesley Ave. in Berwyn, IL, and finishes at the same spot with a grand celebration of music, cheers, and congratulations.

Join us for a vibrant run through the tree-lined streets of Berwyn, where runners will be energized by lively mariachi bands, traditional folkloric dancers, and DJs along the course. Whether you're running or cheering from the sidelines, the festive atmosphere will keep you moving and grooving all the way to the finish line!

Once you cross the finish line, the After Party begins!Enjoy delicious food from a variety of local vendors, refreshing drinks, and more than 40 craft vendors showcasing unique goods. There will be activities for the kids, live bands, and plenty of opportunities to dance and celebrate. It's a fun-filled day of culture, community, and celebration that you won't want to miss!

RACE DAY DETAILS:

Check in begins at 6:00 am at 16th St. & Wesley Ave.
The race will begin promptly at 8:00 am.
Strollers are permitted, however please be considerate and lineup towards the back.
In the interest of safety, animals, skates, skateboards, or bicycles will not be allowed on the course.
